If you are looking to join a junior basketball team competition are available in the following age groups:

If you wish to play junior basketball, you must join a club.

​

clubs look after teams that enter competitions managed by cairns basketball.

​

This means that the Club will set up and nominate teams into competitions, link a coach to the team and organise training.  If you have a child that is new to Cairns Basketball, you may like to talk to a Club so that they can provide guidance.  Speaking to a Club is, however, not necessary as you can simply register, and the Club will allocate your child to a team.
